Ms. Lacey has provided each student with a white boards and folder. I also have glue sticks, erasers, scissors and colored pencils available to students working as a group in class.  The above materials are NOT to leave my classroom.  If you wish to have your own materials you may purchase them on your own.  You will be responsible to replace any items taken from my classroom.  The white boards and folder are to remain in the desks.  It is essential for students to have all items every day to be prepared for class.  Failure to do so, will result in deduction of points.

To be prepared for class you will need to bring the following items to class by Friday, August 17, 2012.

• Pencils (extra lead if mechanical)
• Erasers
• Red pen for correcting
• Personal pencil sharpener
• Colored pencils (to have at home for take home projects)
• Two subject notebook for class notes and homework for Pre-Algebra and a One subject notebook for Science.
 (NO binders please as the students carry their own books, workbooks  and notebooks with them daily)
• Book cover for Pre-Algebra book
• Basic Calculator
• Highlighters of various colors
• Dry erase marker/erasers

Most of these materials can be found at dollar stores in the area, Wal-Mart, or CVS.  Binders are bulky and space is limited in our desks.  It is recommended the students use the one and two subject notebooks.  Please check throughout the year to make sure your student has their supplies.  Students will be required to carry in their back packs their Pre-Algebra book, all notebooks and all practice/workbooks. 

Teachers gladly accept donations of school supplies, hand sanitizer and boxes of tissue.
